Supporting Every Stage of Production

From quarry to dispatch — follow the plant's production cycle and see where we support it, stage by stage.

Stage 01 of 08
01 — Quarry & Raw Material

Limestone

Extraction of the primary raw material that becomes cement — quarried and transported to the plant for crushing.

~1.5t of raw material per tonne of cement
02 — Primary & Secondary Crushing

Crusher

Reducing quarried limestone to a manageable size, ready for grinding into raw meal.

Reduced to under 25mm

Stage 03 of 08
03 — Vertical Roller Mill

Raw Mill

Grinding raw materials into a fine raw meal, ready to feed the kiln system.

Ground to raw meal fineness
04 — Preheating & Calcination

Preheater

Raw meal is preheated across cyclone stages before entering the kiln, recovering heat from the process.

Preheated to ~900°C

05 — Clinker Formation

Rotary Kiln

Raw meal is fired into clinker at extreme temperature — the heart of the manufacturing process.

Fired at ~1450°C
06 — Cooling & Handling

Clinker Cooler

Rapid cooling locks in clinker quality and recovers heat before storage.

Rapidly air-cooled
